Toolkit 2: Autodesk Maya - Ambient Occlusion



This tutorial focused on ambient occlusion, and how it can be used in order to create darker areas within a render of a scene. For example, in the tutorial the ambient occlusion version of the car was placed over the top of the original clean pass in Photoshop, and then blended to create the correct balance of highlight and shadows on the car.
