Toolkit 3- Part 1: Basic Squash, Stretch and Volume Preservation

 


In today's session we discussed basic squash and stretch and volume preservation within Maya. To do this we had to use locators with a dimension measure. From this we parented the locators to the controls, that would help to constrain and control the squash and stretch and volume preservation. For this we had to go into the nodes, and connect them using a Multiply and Divide node to help constrain the volume preservation of the mushroom.
