Modelling In Maya- Dorothea Character Model - Fixing The Eyelashes

 

After completing the blink, I had to work out how to attach the eyelash to the lid, so that it would follow the blink control. After speaking to Alan, I learnt about clusters and how they worked with rivets. From this I began trying to work out how this could work with the shape of Dorothea's eyelash since it clipped a little when the eye closed. Luckily with help from Katrin we worked out a solution, by instead using locators rather than rivets to point on poly constrain to the locator that was parented to the eye blink joint. After this I then created two different eyelashes to switch between using a set driven key,
