Invisible Cities: Diomira Thumbnails

This is a photograph of my thumbnails I created of the city Diomira. I used various materials such as white gel pen, black pen, and gold/silver water colours. The city I feel really reflects these colours, as I picture it being surrounded by sand, in a possible desert. I was heavily influenced by the silvers/black and white shown in the movie Metropolis (1927).
